Residential Glazier
The Residential Glazier develops glass handling and cutting skills as well as the preparation and installation of glass in various types of residential windows. Residential glaziers also prepare and install custom mirrors, estate shower doors, tub enclosures, deck railings, skylights and atriums.
Apprenticeship
The residential glazier apprenticeship is a 3 year program. The apprenticeship consists of 6000 hours (3years) of on the job training and 144 hours of trade related classroom instruction per year. Classes are generally scheduled in 1 week block training sessions each quarter.
